From Garden State Parkway North

 

Take Exit 90.  This will put you on Chambers Bridge Road - stay to the right and take jug handle after light to go the other way on Chambers Bridge Road.  At second traffic light (Dunkin' Donuts and Bowling Alley on corners), turn right onto Route 88 West.  Go past Meridian/Ocean Medical Cneter (Brick Hospital) on left, go past Jersey Paddler on left, get into the left lane and go through traffic light at intersection of Routes 70 and 88 East.  You are now on Princeton Avenue.  Stay in left lane.  Building #44 is on left hand side at corner of Princeton Avenue and Post Road (traffic light at corner).  There are driveways into parking lot from Princeton Avenue and Post Road.

 

From Garden State Parkway South

 

Take Exit 91.  Bear right off exit.  This will put you on Lanes Mills Road.  At intersection with Route 88 West, turn left onto Route 88 (Dunkin' Donuts and Bowling Alley on corners).  Go past Meridian/Ocean Medical Center (Brick Hospital) on left, go past Jersey Paddler on left.  Get into the left lane and go through traffic light at intersection of Routes 70 and 88 East.  You are now on Princeton Avenue.  Stay in left lane.  Building #44 is on left hand side at corner of Princeton Avenue and Post Road (traffic light at corner).  There are driveways into parking lot from Princeton Avenue and Post Road.
